We are getting so close to the half way marker; I can't believe we are almost there! We did get to hear the heartbeat on the twenty-second of May for the first time and it was so special. Between hearing that little galloping and feeling all the funny things going on inside everything just seems more tangible, more real in a way then merely seeing the ultra-sound. Our next appointment is a big stepping stone. We finally get to know the gender of the baby. The Dad and Nana are sure Frijolito is a girl and I'm 55% sure he's a boy and 45% sure she's a girl. My fingers are crossed that the Dad and Nana are right; we really are more prepared for a little girl at this point. However, if we are blessed with a little bundle wrapped in blue then I get to go shopping and there's nothing wrong with that. ;) Thank you again for visiting our family site and following the progress of this very exciting time of our lives.
